In a recent interview, Suniel Shetty unveiled that his inspiration for maintaining optimal health and fitness stems from none other than Amitabh Bachchan.
61-year-old, Suniel Shetty has emerged as an epitome of fitness, inspiring many. Despite the passage of time, he continues to maintain remarkable physical well-being. He credits his success to the art of bio-hacking, a process that involves optimizing the functions of the body and brain. During a recent conversation, Suniel Shetty expressed his profound admiration for Amitabh Bachchan as a source of motivation.
In an interview with Mid-Day, Suniel Shetty conveyed his deep admiration for the iconic figure of “Big B” and his unyielding determination to “hack” his own health. He marveled at Bachchan’s boundless energy and indomitable mindset, emphasizing that regardless of personal challenges, the megastar never allows them to hamper his work.
Shetty confirmed, “It’s the energy of Mister Bachchan. I mean, his energy and mindset are truly exceptional. Despite encountering numerous hurdles, he never lets them transpire in his professional realm. What kind of mindset is that? What drives him to perpetually learn, enhance himself, and deliver even better? It’s individuals like him who inspire me. If I were to come across a centenarian in Manali, I would humbly approach and inquire, ‘What’s your secret? What do you consume?’ That’s the essence of bio-hacking—learning from the wisdom of our seniors and incorporating their invaluable knowledge into our lives.”
Suniel Shetty’s illustrious career spans three decades, marked by resounding success. His most recent appearance was in the Amazon mini TV series “Hunter: Tootega Nahi Todega,” where he shared the screen with Esha Deol, Barkha Bisht, Rahul Dev, and Karanvir Sharma. Currently, he eagerly awaits the release of “Hera Pheri 3.” Directed by Farhad Samji, the film will also star Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.
